What you need to know

You’re not a fan of crowds but still want to discover Cannes on foot? Here’s the ideal compromise! Between the magnificent painted wall mural of Marilyn Monroe, the Panier Vrac health food store and the municipal archives of the Espace Calmette, a cultural centre filled with treasures, there is plenty to do. Especially since the beaches are only a 15-minute walk away, as are the Palais des Festivals and other legendary attractions of the city.

Do you enjoy Provencal cuisine grilled over a wood fire? Then Le Jardin is for you! This restaurant is much-loved by its regulars, and for good reason. The entrance is through a bar that looks delightfully appealing, and then you arrive in a large, lush garden. A wonderful surprise guaranteed!
