What you need to know

You could not ask for a better location than this lively but very pleasant district if you want to get to know the city! A plethora of shops, bars and restaurants surround the residence and, of course, the famous Marché Forville is in the immediate vicinity (where you can browse the market stalls like a true Provencal cook). If you want to succumb to the spell of the sea, just opposite is the old port, where you can catch a boat trip to the Lérins Islands.

It’s tough to choose between all the good eating places that this district has to offer.

Seafood lover? Maison Astoux & Brun is a true culinary institution on the Cannes coast, offering fresh fish, shellfish, and crustacean delights.

Do you prefer traditional French cookery? A gourmet address that we pass on by word of mouth is Chez Vincent et Nicolas. The atmosphere is wonderfully cosy.
